Multi-Agency Risk Framework
Multi Agency Risk Framework (MARF)
The framework puts in place standards that are transparent in indicating how risks will be identified, assessed and managed and the way in which potential outcomes will be evaluated alongside individuals against a common set of standards and principles.
The framework supports accountability across organisations in complex situations. It offers an alternative to the kind of practice where risks are simply communicated from one partner agency to another with little ownership or proactive activity taking place to impact on the risk.
The Multi agency Risk Framework has been reviewed and can be found on this link Multi Agency Risk Framework
Recent SAR’s have highlighted the need to address concerns for adults, including 17 - 25 year olds transitioning from support from Slough Children First who do not access services for a number of reasons, including lack of perceived appropriate services, personal choice, lack of awareness.
A Multi agency risk tool (MART) has been developed to assist in support for these individuals and is available to download here
