Learning from Children Safeguarding Reviews
This is an interactive Workshop facilitated by Betty Lynch (Chair of Slough Safeguarding Practice Review group) and partners.
The aim is to empower practitioners to improve their practice through learning from recent Safeguarding Practice Reviews.
By the end of the seminar participants will have :
- Learned from local and national experience
- Reflect together on learning from reviews and learning from each other.
- Utilise the space in the seminar to consider how the learning will strengthen their practice.
- Have a greater understanding of multi-agency working and different tools and resources partners can use.
- Develop an understanding of the importance of kindness to oneself and to others in safeguarding which is a highly emotional time for families.
