Adults can self-refer, or be referred to Talking Therapies – Online or by contacting 0300 365 2000 (option 2)
Gateway:
All referrals for other mental health services go via the Gateway - 0300 365 2000. Referrals could be made by the person’s GP, or it can come via another professional (provided the person is under 75, and the referral is not regarding their memory). A non-GP professional can refer using this form
Crisis:
The Crisis Resolution and Home Treatment Team can be reached on 0800 129 9999 and are available 24/7 for those who are in crisis. NHS 111 is also available.
